Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you the order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error; if we cancel, we refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping costs, and any taxes or duties that apply to your order, are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order, using the payment methods offered at checkout.
Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and usually arrive within 5-7 business days. Delivery times are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered. See Shipping.
Returns and right of withdrawal
You can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery. See Returns and refunds.
Product information and sizing
We describe each product and its sizes as accurately as we can. Measurements are made by hand and can vary by 1-3 cm. If you are unsure about a size, use our free photo fit check before ordering.
Health information
Our braces, sleeves and harnesses give physical support, stability and protection. They do not diagnose, treat or cure any condition and are not a substitute for veterinary care. Ask your vet whether a product is suitable for your dog, follow the fitting and care instructions, check the skin under the straps every day, and stop using a product if you notice rubbing, swelling or discomfort.
Faulty goods and your legal rights
If a product is faulty, we will repair, replace or refund it. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live, including the legal guarantee that applies to consumers in the EU.
Liability
We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. We are not responsible for losses caused by using a product against its instructions or against your vet’s advice. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence. If you have a complaint, please email us first; we aim to resolve it within 14 days.
