Can a brace replace surgery for a torn CCL?
Not as a rule. For some dogs, especially smaller, older or those who cannot have surgery, vets recommend conservative management with rest, weight control, physiotherapy and a brace. For others surgery is the better option. Your vet should make that call; we can help with the fitting.
How do I know which size to order?
Take the three measurements shown in the fit guide while your dog is standing. If you are between sizes or unsure, send us two photos and your measurements and we will confirm the size before you order.
How long should my dog wear it each day?
Start with short periods of 30 to 60 minutes while you can watch, then build up over a week. Take it off for sleep unless your vet says otherwise, and check the skin under the straps every day.
What if it does not fit?
Unworn items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. If the size we confirmed from your photos turns out wrong, we exchange it free of charge.
How fast is delivery?
Orders leave within 2 business days and usually arrive within 5-7 business days, with a tracking number by email. We ship within the United States: free on orders over $49, otherwise $5.99.
