When your order leaves
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of payment. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are dispatched from the next business day.
Delivery time
Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days after dispatch. Remote areas and busy periods can take a little longer.
Tracking
Every order ships with a tracking number, which we email to you as soon as your parcel leaves.

Shipping costs, duties and taxes
United States: free on orders of $49 or more, otherwise $5.99. The cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may apply; where they do, they are shown at checkout or collected by the carrier.
Problems with a delivery
If your tracking has not updated for 5 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email fluffybun@baobao.lt with your order number and we will sort it out.
