30-day returns
You can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery, for any reason. Because braces and sleeves are worn against the skin, we cannot accept items that have been worn, washed or damaged, unless they are faulty.
How to return
- Email fluffybun@baobao.lt with your order number and the items you want to return. We will reply with the return address and instructions.
- Pack the items in their original packaging and send them back with a tracked service.
- Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item is faulty, we sent the wrong item, or the size we confirmed from your photos was wrong.
Wrong size
If the size we recommended from your photos and measurements does not fit, we exchange it free of charge, including shipping.
Faulty or damaged items
If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault, email us photos and we will repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you. Please tell us as soon as you notice the problem. This does not affect your legal rights: customers in the EU have a two-year legal guarantee for goods that are not as described or become faulty.
Refunds
We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return. The original shipping cost is refunded when the whole order is returned within the legal withdrawal period, or when the return is our mistake.
